Raise your hand if you’re obsessed with Oreos. You love Cookies and Cream, whether it be ice cream, Blizzards, McFlurries, or milkshakes. You adore Oreo Cakesters. You like a good Oreo cookie crust to cradle a pie. You wish they hadn’t discontinued Oreo O’s cereal. You take pleasure in uniting Oreos & Peanut Butter. And, when it comes down to it, you can’t get enough of plain old Oreo cookies themselves.
If you raised your hand and relate to all of those feelings of passion, this sundae is for you. It is Oreo in every way possible: Cookies & Cream ice cream topped w/ a white chocolate hot fudge reminiscent of an Oreo’s cream filling, regular hot fudge reminiscent of the chocolate cookie itself, a whole Oreo Brownie, whipped cream (just because), and, although a cherry is present, a classic Oreo cookie that serves as the real cherry on top.
Why did I build this frozen beauty? Because I am one of you. I love Oreos & anything Oreo related. You just can’t beat that classic flavor combination. And there really isn’t anything quite like the euphorically perfect combination of crunchy, chocolatey Oreo cookies and smooth, creamy vanilla ice cream. (I am now salivating.)
So, when I was considering consuming one of the tasty Oreo Brownies in my pantry, another thought struck me. Brownies and ice cream go hand-in-hand, that I know. So wouldn’t it be wonderful to make a sundae using an Oreo Brownie? Yes, yes, and yes. Wonderful it was.
